I think I just followed the google reviews to end up here, but I'm so glad that I did. ON the global bar scene this is a bit of a hidden gem, but it appears that locals and tourists to Venice already love this place. We sat upstairs, looking through a gallery-style hole in the floor, down on the bar team doing their thing, and were offered water and popcorn with our menus. Our waiter explained the theme of the menu, where each section was based on one particular method of flavour creation or production such as fat-washing and some others I've already forgotten. I wish I could do this review justice by remembering what I drank, but I do remeber my short, sweet, manhattan-alike was so good I ordered a 2nd one immediately. Something I rarely do because of an obsessive need to try as many new drinks as I can, so a repeat order from me is perhaps the higest praise I can offer.
