Service had me wondering if part of their shtick was to be a little on the side of lazy and insulting, but they did a good job of making that somehow fun and endearing, and it fit the grungy basement vibe perfectly. The menu was like a comic book, with puns and sexual innuendo all over. The drinks were excellent. One was perhaps the spiciest cocktail I've ever tried! One was an incredible riff on an old fashioned with walnut flavour to the fore. One was garnished with a huge nail. I loved every minute, and every sip. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
